NYPD Blue Season 3 Episode 6

An Indian woman is found dead in a car and Sipowicz is full of theories about who killed her and why. While Donna is away at a computer camp taking courses for the week, her temp is a feisty middle-aged woman, named Evelyn, who has bad attitude and who clashes with Sipowicz and others in the squad as well.
