NYPD Blue Season 2 Episode 5

Bobby Simone, a widower and homing pigeon breeder, joins the squad as Kelly's replacement. Simone's first assignment is to help Sipowicz in the investigation of the hit on a mobster's son, where a stray bullet also hit an elderly woman in her apartment.
