A jackass-stunt by kids playing human cannonball finds the body of a Marine Staff Sergeant, impaled after an explosion from a portable artillery piece with a 100 meter backlash and covered in bruises of different ages, indicating he was a boxer. He is soon identified as Thomas Grimm, who was important in weapons supply at or to Quantico. His computer's hard drive was reformatted, but Abby still can read the recent files, which indicate he was privately dealing in such heavy weapons they don't fit ordinary criminals. Tony goes undercover to approach Grimm's female contact, only to find she's actually A.T.F. Special Agent Malina Stone, who joins the investigation which now turns to the ultra-conservative militia, his apparent client...
