CSI: Miami Season 6 Episode 1

Parole officer Andrew Bennett is shot at his Miami home, the corpse thrown down to successfully distract pursuing cops. His 2,000 ex-cons become technical suspects, but he was an idealist, so most would loose out by his replacement. Specific forensic indications lead to Dylan Lester, Rick Bates and his friend Kyle Harmon, a victim of foster parasitism. All three would suffer if Bennett exposed their criminal dealings or consorting with his daughter. Ryan remains suspended, so he secretly works at a private gun range, but proves helpfully observant. Horatio makes a personal discovery which changes two characters' lives for good.
