Louis Sullivan is accidentally filmed while breaking in to Annie's, where her colleague Tess' black book is stolen, embarrassing for many, including Reggie Veston. He's the manager of the Kipaya tribal casino, which has its profits scammed by reputedly corrupt city supervisor Scott O'Shay, making all Indians potential suspects. Then Reggie is murdered at home.
